Job Description

As a SharePoint Admin based in Bangalore with a UK shift, your role involves administering, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint environments, including SharePoint Online and On-Premise. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing site collections, libraries, lists, web parts, and workflows to ensure smooth functioning. - Providing support to SharePoint users by handling permissions, access requests, and troubleshooting. - Ensuring data integrity and compliance with organizational security policies. - Implementing governance policies, usage guidelines, and best practices for efficient operations. - Monitoring system performance, conducting regular maintenance, and upgrades for optimal functionality. - Creating and managing SharePoint documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials. - Collaborating closely with development and infrastructure teams for integration and automation, such as Power Automate. - Supporting migration projects, like transitioning from SharePoint 2013 to Online. - Implementing and overseeing backup/recovery and disaster recovery plans to maintain data security. You should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in SharePoint administration to excel in this role.,
