Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SharePoint and Power Platform developer to work on the remediation and migration of InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with InfoPath forms, SharePoint 2013 workflows, SharePoint Online, and expertise in PowerApps and Power Automate. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze existing InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows to determine migration feasibility and complexity. - Redevelop InfoPath forms using PowerApps (Canvas Apps) or SharePoint modern forms with JSON customization. - Migrate SharePoint 2013 workflows to Power Automate, ensuring process continuity and optimization. - Design, develop, and implement PowerApps-based solutions integrated with SharePoint Online. - Build and configure custom Power Automate flows to automate business processes. - Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional Power Platform solutions. - Perform testing, debugging, and deployment of migrated forms and workflows. - Provide documentation and training for end-users and support teams. Required Skills & Experience: - Hands-on experience in InfoPath forms and SharePoint 2013 workflows (must have worked on at least 4-5 projects involving these technologies). - Hands-on experience managing SharePoint sites using PowerShell . - Strong expertise in PowerApps (Canvas Apps and Model driven apps) and Power Automate (must have worked on at least 4-5 projects involving these technologies). - Experience with SharePoint Online, including modern lists, libraries, and JSON-based form customizations. - Understanding of Power Platform governance and best practices. - Experience with REST APIs , custom connectors, and data integrations in Power Platform. - Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products. - Experience migrating legacy workflows to Power Automate and performance optimization. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and optimize existing processes. - Knowledge on migration tools Sharegate, Metalogix etc. Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are a plus. - Experience in handling complex workflow migrations. - Experience using Sharegate for content migration is a plus. - Experience writing PowerShell scripts is a plus. - Strong communication and documentation skills
