What We re Looking For - Role Brief Were looking for a dynamic, hands-on Growth Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments and is eager to take ownership of our growth marketing efforts from the ground up. This is a generalist role perfect for someone who loves experimenting, building campaigns, and making data-backed decisions to drive user acquisition and engagement. What You ll Do - Key Responsibilities Build and execute 0 1 growth marketing strategies in collaboration with the founders. Own and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) end-to-end. Write compelling ad copies , brainstorm creative hooks, and coordinate with video editors and graphic designers to bring ideas to life. Drive and manage influencer outreach , especially in micro-influencer ecosystems relevant to SMEs. Handle social media content and calendar across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Continuously experiment, analyze performance, and iterate on growth campaigns. Report campaign performance using basic analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). What Were Looking For - Qualifications 1-2 years of hands-on experience in growth marketing , performance marketing , or a startup generalist role. Familiarity with running paid ads , managing creatives, and basic funnel optimization. Solid copywriting and content ideation skills you know what grabs attention. Strong coordination and communication skills to manage internal and external creatives. Comfort with using social media tools, influencer platforms, and analytics dashboards. Based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and able to commute to our Vashi office . Nice to Have Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS environment . Basic knowledge of Canva , Figma , or video editing tools. Experience working in an early-stage startup or building growth campaigns from scratch. A portfolio or examples of growth experiments youve executed. Why Join Us?
