Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Builder & Engineer Channel Sales Executive who will be responsible for visiting builders, engineers, architects, and other key decision-makers to promote our products, build strong relationships, and generate sales through this channel. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by converting industry professionals into consistent product promoters. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Market Visit & Relationship Building Regularly visit builders, engineers, architects, and contractors to promote company products. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers. Identify new potential clients within the construction and infrastructure sector. 2. Channel Sales Development Influence and motivate builders and engineers to recommend and sell our products in their projects. Develop a long-term channel strategy with industry professionals to ensure product demand. Track and support ongoing construction projects to convert them into sales opportunities. 3. Sales Promotion & Product Awareness Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and explanation sessions for builders/engineers. Promote company products through meetings, technical discussions, and field visits. Ensure brand visibility at construction sites and through partner networks. 4. Sales Growth & Target Achievement Follow up on leads received through field visits and convert them into confirmed orders. Maintain accurate sales data, field reports, and customer feedback. 5. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with the internal sales and marketing team to support field activities. Prepare daily/weekly reports on visits, opportunities, and sales performance. Update management on competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
