The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior design or real estate sales, with proven experience in managing high-value clients, driving revenue growth, and leading sales teams. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on client engagement — ideal for someone who understands both design aesthetics and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Identify, pitch, and close high-value residential and commercial interior projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and corporate partners. Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional development. Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project execution. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to drive business growth. Oversee proposal presentations, negotiations, and contract finalizations. Ensure CRM data accuracy, timely reporting, and follow-up on all client interactions. Represent the brand at design exhibitions, industry events, and networking forums. Key Skills & Competencies: 7–8 years of proven experience in sales/business development within interior design, real estate, or luxury lifestyle sectors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing a sales team. Client-centric approach with a deep understanding of design and aesthetics. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data reporting. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets. Client acquisition and retention rate. Team performance metrics. Revenue growth from new and existing clients. Conversion rate from inquiry to project closure. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
