The Mechanical Fitter will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including machining, fitting, and working with machinery. They will also be required to conduct preventive maintenance and general maintenance of equipment. The role demands a strong focus on precision and safety standards in handling mechanical components and systems. Qualifications Skills in Machining and Fitting Experience with Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Knowledge and hands-on experience with Machinery Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Technical certification or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field is beneficial
