Position Title: Accounts & Finance Manager Department: Finance & Accounts Location: Noida Experience: 7-10 Yrs, Qualification: M.Com / B.Com / MBA (Finance) with relevant experience Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee and manage our financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, AR/AP processes, client coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will ensure financial integrity, compliance, and timely reporting while supporting business growth and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Operations Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate record-keeping. Maintain general ledger, manage journal entries, and ensure timely book closures. Prepare financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. Manage the preparation and finalization of accounts. Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR/AP) Monitor and manage end-to-end AR and AP processes. Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and follow-ups from clients. Manage vendor payments and ensure timely disbursement as per credit terms. Reconcile AR/AP ledgers and resolve discrepancies. Client Coordination & Account Management Coordinate with clients for billing queries, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors. Act as a finance liaison to support client requirements and service excellence. Bank Reconciliation & Cash Flow Management Prepare and review Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) monthly. Monitor daily bank transactions, deposits, and withdrawals. Ensure proper fund flow, optimize working capital, and manage treasury operations. Compliance & Audit Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts and finance team. Delegate responsibilities, review team performance, and provide training. Establish efficient workflows and promote a culture of accountability and accuracy Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and client coordination.
