Job Description – Technical Support / System Integrator Responsibilities: CCTV, EPABX, Biometric, Networking, Access Control, Fire Alarm systems ki installation, configuration aur maintenance. Site survey aur client requirement ke hisaab se solution design karna. Hardware/Software troubleshooting aur fault rectification. AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) ke under service aur support provide karna. Customer ke saath professional communication maintain karna aur unki queries resolve karna. Inventory aur tools ka sahi istemal aur record maintain karna. Requirements: Diploma/ITI/B.Tech (Electronics, Electrical, Computer, Networking preferred). CCTV, Networking, EPABX aur security systems ka basic knowledge. Minimum 1–2 saal ka relevant field experience preferred (Fresher with strong knowledge may also apply). Traveling ke liye ready ho. Strong problem-solving aur technical skills.
