Role & responsibilities Administration & Facilities Management Managing the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and Implementing adequate measures to maximize employee satisfaction level Setting up centralized helpdesk for quick resolution of admin and facilities related complaints. Annual maintenance contracts and monitoring of Service deliverables. Guest house management, controlling expenses and maintenance. External and internal courier management, job allocation to office assistance. Preparing the Purchase orders, processing vendor Payments on successful completion of jobs Verification and timely payment of utility bills, Monitoring the services trouble shooting General repairs of office infrastructures, Short-term project management Introduction of new vendors to have a competitive edge on services and cost control Managing office stationaries and printing of stationaries Maintenance of pool vehicles on timely basis and within budgeted cost. Preparing periodical MIS on expenses, administration activities, attendance and forecasting expenses. Assistance in Travel Management and Hotel Bookings as and when required. Supervision of Record Management activity Ensuring efficient functioning of Safety and security Systems Leading, Managing and monitoring the performance of team. Preparing security & HK duty roaster. Managing man power of Housekeeping & Office boy.
