Extensive experience is required in executing full Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug life cycle. You will be responsible for ensuring successful sign-off and launching of Season Pass, day-to-day Sales, and Events. Collaboration with the production team is essential for addressing ad hoc requests and feasibility requests to enhance feature performance on live platforms and increase revenue. Your expertise should lie in comprehensive End-to-End testing, covering functionality testing, UI/UX testing, alpha and beta testing, A/B testing, Analytics, Regression testing, Ad Hoc testing, and SFX testing. You will be expected to implement QA best practices across the team, leading to a higher quality level of issue reporting using advanced reporting tools like JIRA, including supporting logs, image, and video attachments. Configuring various features with segment and micro-segmentation to target specific user groups and meticulously verifying data sheets provided by the product are among your key responsibilities. You will need to create and execute test cases to ensure thorough coverage across all testing areas and manage them effectively with Testrail. It will be your duty to generate daily status reports for the Internal QA team, communicating the testing status and promptly escalating risks and blockers to key stakeholders on behalf of the Internal QA team. As the Point of Contact (POC) for all releases of Season Pass and multiple events, you will be accountable for complete QA responsibility, maintaining effective communication among the product team, developers, and production team. Continuous monitoring of live events and features is crucial, with the prompt resolution of any reported issues by player services to ensure a seamless user experience.,
