You will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, with a focus on API integrations, SFTP, and production support. The role is available at various levels including Junior, Mid, and Lead, each requiring a specific level of experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical proficiency and problem-solving skills. As a Production Support Tech Lead, you will need a total of 8-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a Lead role. An Experienced RPA Developer (Mid-Level) should have 5-8 years of experience, while a Junior RPA Developer should have 3-5 years of experience. Key requirements for this role include strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 (AA360), knowledge of API integration (specifically REST API and Graph API), experience with SFTP file transfers, and a background in production support or L2-L3 support is preferred. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills are essential, along with the willingness to work in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, integrating automation workflows with REST/Graph APIs and other systems, handling SFTP-based data exchange and file processing, providing production support including monitoring bots, incident handling, and issue resolution. You will collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to grasp requirements, optimize and enhance existing bots for efficiency and scalability, mentor and guide junior developers in the Lead role, and ensure compliance with security, quality, and best practices.
