Job Title: Project Manager ecommerce Location: [Hyderabad] About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager eCommerce to join our Commercial Department. In this role, you will lead and manage digital transformation projects across various commercial functions including marketing, content, B2B, sales channels, and customer service. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and aligned to business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end (technical) ecommerce projects across multiple business units. Define project scopes, goals, deliverables, and success criteria. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery. Drive projects related to Product Content, Sales Channels (Webshop, Dropshipping, 3rd Party Channels), Order Processing, and Customer Service. Prepare business cases and support strategic planning with stakeholders. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide solution design. Coordinate with Product Owners on resource planning and development efforts. Provide regular status updates and escalate risks or delays to senior management. Analyze project impacts post-implementation to measure business value. Maintain clear project documentation, status reports, and dashboards. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 1012 years of relevant work experience managing ecommerce or CRM projects. Proven track record in delivering complex ecommerce/marketing technology projects. Strong technical background with experience in platforms such as SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, Salsify, ESB, Cloudinary, Zen desk, SAP, etc. Proficiency in Agile methodologies; Agile and/or PMP Certification preferred. Experience working with CRM, middleware, integration technologies, or product content management systems. Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
