Adept at creating and maintaining technical documentation such as design specifications, test plans, and user guides, while ensuring high quality and performance through rigorous testing and debugging. Possesses a strong understanding of integrations, cloud-based data infrastructure, and the Salesforce Platform, with hands-on experience in the Org development model and Agile frameworks.
