As a Salesforce Senior Engineer, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance the value Salesforce.com brings to the organization. Your responsibilities will involve analyzing requirements, defining solution functionalities, designing solutions, and maintaining them over time. You should have hands-on experience in developing and managing Salesforce.com within a diverse work environment, along with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technology team members and business stakeholders. Your primary duties will include designing and constructing solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform, such as Web Services APIs, Apex, OmniStudio, and Visualforce. You will offer guidance on solution requirements, technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations. Additionally, you will implement new enhancements, integrate Salesforce with other platforms, and ensure proper change control during the development lifecycle. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and processes to monitor data quality, serving as a subject matter expert on Salesforce.com and related integrations, remaining updated on new Salesforce features, and providing recommendations for process improvements. Your strong analytical and communication skills, ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work on multiple projects simultaneously will be essential for this role. Required Skills/Experience: - Minimum of 5+ years of software development experience with Salesforce.com, proficient in Apex, Visualforce, OmniStudio, SOQL, and understanding of SFDC Profiles/Roles, Sharing Rules, Validation Rules, Tasks, Workflow rules, and Triggers. - Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce.com data model, including creating custom objects, junction objects, and experience with the FSC data model. - Familiarity with Salesforce APEX data loader and other data loading tools, and integrating solutions between SFDC and external systems. - Detailed understanding of Salesforce classic, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce sandbox platform development environments, with Financial Services Cloud experience preferred. - Experience with Einstein Analytics, Einstein Discovery, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services/Wealth Management a plus. - Proficiency in deployment/build/migration processes in a Salesforce environment and working in an agile delivery environment is beneficial.
