SFDC Docusign Developer/Admin

As a DocuSign CLM Developer/Administrator at UST, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing DocuSign CLM solutions. You will primarily focus on DocuSign CLM design and configuration, including Forms, Templates, Workflows, Approvals, and Clause Libraries. It is essential to have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in this area. Your responsibilities will also include handling Salesforce writebacks, CLM Administration, integration with the Salesforce platform, deployment processes, testing support, and issue resolution. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, customize, and administer DocuSign CLM components - Manage project tasks and provide production support - Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure data integrity - Mentor junior team members and manage documentation - Contribute to knowledge sharing Desired Qualifications: - Experience with DocuSign Insight - Integration knowledge with Oracle and Salesforce CPQ - Familiarity with Agile methodologies - Proficiency in SOAP/REST APIs for system integration - Ability to work with 3rd-party consultants/vendors Besides your core responsibilities, you are expected to contribute to ERP/CRM practice initiatives, participate in internal seminars and hackathons, and demonstrate strong client communication skills. The role also involves self-learning new ERP/CRM features, participating in recruitment activities, and onboarding new team members.
