You should have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce with end-to-end implementation, including actively participating in discovery and solution design workshops. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, performing gap analysis, and root cause analysis. You will be expected to write user stories and acceptance criteria based on business needs. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a strong technical foundation to guide customers on the best way to design and implement applications. You should also have a strong affinity towards leading and driving solutions, as well as helping in team building. Experience working in a Global Delivery Model (Onshore - Offshore) is required. Additionally, you will need to proactively communicate changes and improvements in the Salesforce space, identify opportunities for continuous improvements, and work closely with Practice Leaders to implement them. Strong communication and assertive skills are essential for collaborating with project stakeholders and designing technical solutions and workarounds for business requirements. You will lead and manage a team of up to 15 individuals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members will be crucial. Leading end-to-end project management to ensure timely and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions is a key aspect of this role. Mentoring juniors, handling training of new joiners, formulating proposed approaches, plans, schedules, and estimating efforts to meet business objectives are also part of your responsibilities. You will closely monitor progress against plans, ensure actions are taken to deliver according to agreed schedules, allocate project tasks to optimize team members" capabilities, and drive the team to follow SFDC best practices. As a Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience, you should have a good understanding of SFDC basics, customization experience, and development experience. Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud is required. Project management and team handling experience will also be beneficial in this role.,
