As a Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing the technical vision of the company. Your leadership skills will be essential in guiding the technical team and overseeing all projects. Here's what you'll be responsible for: - Planning and coordinating project execution with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with technical and functional specifications. - Reviewing technical requirements and translating them into a Force.com application. - Communicating with end-users to understand client expectations thoroughly. - Leading code-review sessions to identify project bottlenecks and propose solutions. - Conducting requirement analysis, database design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Salesforce and associated software applications. - Managing the technical delivery of integrations and custom extensions. - Providing hands-on support in software/application architecture, development, design, analysis, and problem resolution. - Supervising development, design, UI, and technology integration efforts for successful project completion. - Handling Salesforce.com setup, configuration, customization, data migration, and application deployment on the Force.com platform. - Offering guidance to clients on technology, processes, and applications while keeping them updated on project developments. In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - 7+ years of experience in Force.com applications design, development, integration, AppExchange launch, and support. - Mandatory certification as a Force.com Developer, with Advanced Developer certification being highly desirable. - Proficiency in agile methodology. - Strong skills in Apex, Visualforce, Web Services, SOQL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, and HTML. - Hands-on experience in SFDC customization, integration, and administration. - Ability to take full project responsibility and lead workshops for team members. - Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
