As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant/Developer based in Hyderabad, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the successful design and delivery of SFMC implementations. Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. It is essential to possess sound knowledge of SFMC concepts and ensure that code and configuration align with business needs. Timely and quality delivery is a key focus, along with project management tasks such as risk and issue management, delivery tracking, status reporting, and team management. Effective communication and team management skills are also crucial for this role. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of IT experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or involvement in at least 2 end-to-end SFMC implementations. Experience in integrating SFMC with SF Sales/Service Cloud and other enterprise systems using SOAP/REST is required. Certification in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is mandatory, and prior exposure to CRM Marketing Automation domain is beneficial.
