Job Description

You are kindly invited to attend the Infosys BPM Walk-In Drive on 23rd Aug 2025 at Mysore. Please ensure to bring a copy of this email to the venue and register your application before participating in the walk-in. Kindly mention your Candidate ID on top of your Resume. The interview will be held on 23rd Aug 2025 from 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Infosys BPM limited, Gate 2 in Mysore, Karnataka, India. Please carry 2 sets of updated CV (Hard Copy) and a Face Mask. It is mandatory to bring your PAN Card or Passport for Identity proof. Candidates are required to bring the Pan card without fail for Assessment. The job location is in Mysore and the qualification required is Any Graduate. The shifts are rotational, and the notice period ranges from immediate to 30 days. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and be willing to work in Night shifts. Any graduates without a computer science background are also eligible. Immediate joiners are preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Management: Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to orders, including tracking, shipping, and delivery issues. 2. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to customer queries. 3. Order Tracking and Resolution: Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, such as missing or damaged items, and communicate resolutions to customers. 4. Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, including warehouse and shipping, to resolve order-related issues. 5. Problem Solving: Analyze and resolve complex customer complaints, escalating issues to management when necessary. 6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction and order management efficiency. 7. Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Enter orders accurately from Customer Order Form. Requirements: 1. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Order Management. 2. Skills: - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 3. Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is a prerequisite. We look forward to welcoming you at the walk-in drive.,
