Primary Job Responsibility/ Expected Key Deliverables: - As the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of the SAP SuccessFactors EC module. Utilize tools like MDF Import, Employee Central Import, etc. Testing & Support: Develop and execute test scripts, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution. Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations. Assist with release management activities for SuccessFactors quarterly updates. Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive functional and technical documentation (design documents, configuration guides, test plans). Develop and deliver training to end-users and HR administrators. Leadership & Advisory (for Senior/Lead roles): Act as a trusted advisor to clients/internal stakeholders on SuccessFactors best practices and strategic roadmap. Lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives. Preferred Skills & Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate - SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is highly preferred. Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) for integrating Employee Central with other systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Payroll). Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards implementing solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:- Serve as one of the client contacts for addressing day to day technical issues- Provide solutions based on specific enquiries as part of support incidents- Should resolve incidents within the recommended time frame- Must ensure data integrity and accuracy in closing business requirements. Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Certified LMS consultant with knowledge of Delta updates- Proven experience with minimum 1-2 end to end implementation and support- Strong understanding of LMS core functionalities including content management- Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL and Plateau report designer- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues.- Experience with system integration and data migration processes.- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and methodologies.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
