As a Deployment Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading the deployment team and providing technical expertise on client deployment projects. Your primary focus will be to understand client requirements, define infrastructure architecture, deployment layout, and strategy for RxLogixs PV Suite of products. Additionally, you will manage client relationships regarding infrastructure and PV Product deployment, oversee product release and installation processes, and coordinate parallel deployments for multiple clients. Your duties will also include working closely with Engineering to address deployment issues, performing RxLogix PV Suite product and Spotfire installations and upgrades, authoring infrastructure architecture specifications and IQ (Installation Qualification) documents, monitoring and reviewing IQ execution, as well as tracking and resolving deployment-related issues. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 8 to 12 years of implementation and deployment experience, 4 to 6 years of team management experience in deployment activities, and 4 to 6 years of client management experience. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, along with knowledge of Oracle database operations, PL/SQL, Linux/Unix, analytical and troubleshooting skills, and a good understanding of software project lifecycles. You should also be able to handle multiple projects while effectively managing client relationships. Preferred qualifications include experience in the Drug Safety Domain, Oracle DBA and troubleshooting, professional services/consulting experience, and familiarity with Argus safety suite implementation. This position may involve travel, with expectations ranging from 0-10%.
