Settlements Senior Developer

As a Settlements Senior Developer at Barclays, your main role will involve designing, developing, and improving software using various engineering methodologies to enhance business, platform, and technology capabilities for customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Sound knowledge of OOPS concepts. - In-depth experience in Core Java, Spring, Maven. - Strong experience in testing frameworks like Junit, Mockito, Power Mock, Spring testing framework, etc. - Proven ability to design and develop enterprise-level software solutions. - Working knowledge of Messaging technologies such as Kafka, Solace, and MQ. Additional highly valued skills may include: - Experience in Cloud technology (OpenShift preferred). - Good experience in Database queries. - Good experience in Unix commands.
