Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged components to ensure optimal performance and longevity. 11. Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and following lockout/tagout procedures. 12. Documentation: Record production data, including machine settings, tooling changes, and quality inspection results, accurately and in a timely manner. 13. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the machining process, such as tool wear, material deformation, or machine malfunctions, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. 14.
