Secondary Skill: AppDynamics, New Relic, DevOps practices Key Responsibilities: • Assessment of Dynatrace Implementation: • Conduct a detailed review of the existing Dynatrace setup, including configurations, integrations, and monitoring coverage. • Evaluate the effectiveness of dashboards, alerts, and reports in meeting business and technical requirements. • Identify gaps in monitoring coverage for applications, infrastructure, and services. • Performance Review & Gap Analysis: • Analyze collected performance data to assess the accuracy and reliability of insights provided by Dynatrace. • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and misconfigurations in the current implementation. • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and assess whether Dynatrace is being effectively utilized for RCA. • Recommendations & Optimization: • Provide actionable recommendations to optimize Dynatrace configurations, including fine-tuning alerts, thresholds, and tagging. • Suggest improvements to enhance monitoring coverage, such as adding new applications, services, or infrastructure components. • Recommend best practices for integrating Dynatrace with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, or ITSM tools. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: • Work closely with customer teams (e.g., DevOps, IT Operations, Development) to understand their requirements and challenges. • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Act as a trusted advisor to ensure the Dynatrace implementation aligns with business goals and industry standards. • Documentation & Reporting:
