As a qualified candidate for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in development including SDLC. Your proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and libraries such as React, Next.js, or Vue.js, as well as strong skills in one or more server-side programming languages like Python, will be essential. Additionally, experience with NoSQL databases, RESTful API design and development, Azure services, and Azure DevOps is required. You should also have a strong understanding of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineer with a strong track record in OAC, OBIEE, Power BI, business analytics, and data warehousing to join our team providing deep technical expertise in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, ETL, and the power & utility sector. Our Engineers work closely with external clients, presales, other architects, and internal teams to design, build, and enable solutions on different Analytics Solutions. This role demands a highly technical, extremely hands-on cloud engineer who will work closely with our EY Partners and external clients to develop new business and drive initiatives on Oracle Analytics, ETL, and Data Warehouse. The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the value of data and analytics and proven experience in delivering solutions to different lines of business and technical leadership. From a top-to-bottom approach, you will engage with customers to discover business problems and goals and develop solutions using different cloud services. Your key responsibilities include expertise in Oracle's analytics offerings like Oracle Analytics Cloud, Data Visualization, OBIEE, Fusion Analytics for Warehouse, experience in other BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, solution design skills to provide expertise and guide customers for specific needs, hands-on experience with Analytics and Data Warehousing report/solution development, delivering PoCs tailored to customers" needs, running and delivering Customer Hands-on Workshops, interacting with all roles at the customer, building effective relationships, customer focus, effective communication, coaching, knowledge on FDI, some experience in ETL process, and ETL tools like ODI or Informatica. Skills and attributes for success should focus on developing customer solutions using Oracle's analytics offerings, extensive hands-on/end-to-end implementation experience using OAC and OBIEE, knowledge in the development of Oracle BI Repository (RPD), experience in configuring OBIEE/OAC security, tuning reports, working with session and repository variables, experience in report performance optimization, developing Dimensional Hierarchies, adding multiple sources to business model objects, solid knowledge of data extraction using SQL, good knowledge of Oracle Applications like Oracle E-business Suite or Oracle ERP, deep knowledge of Database, Cloud Concepts, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), Data Integration tools such as ODI, Informatica, and more. To qualify for the role, you must have 2-5 years of Data warehousing and Business Intelligence projects experience, 2-5 years of projects experience on OBIEE, at least 2 years of OAC implementations experience, and worked on Financial, SCM, or HR Analytics. Ideally, you'll also have experience engaging with business partners and IT to understand requirements, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, good understanding of outsourcing and offshoring, experience with other Data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, experience or good knowledge of Oracle Applications like Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, integration development to/from other systems, consulting experience, documenting requirements and processes, working collaboratively in a team environment, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a B.E./B.Tech./Masters degree is required.
