Description
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with AI/ML/data-platform products. You should be adept at taking an AI product/platform from the ideation stage to market launch. Proficiency in GenAI is a must-have requirement for this position. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models with a specific focus on generative AI. This will involve working with transformer architectures like GPT, BERT, and T5, as well as other deep learning models used for text, image, or multimodal generation. You will be expected to work with extensive and complex datasets, performing tasks such as data cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation to ensure the quality and relevance standards required for generative model training are met. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and data science teams, will be essential to identify project objectives and develop generative AI solutions tailored to meet business needs. Your role will also involve implementing, fine-tuning, and scaling generative AI models in production environments to ensure robust model performance and efficient resource utilization. Developing pipelines and frameworks for efficient data ingestion, model training, evaluation, and deployment, including A/B testing and monitoring of generative models in production, will be part of your responsibilities. As part of your continuous learning, you will need to stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI research, techniques, and tools, and apply new findings to enhance model performance, usability, and scalability. Additionally, documenting and communicating technical specifications, algorithms, and project outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial, with a strong emphasis on explainability and responsible AI practices. Qualifications Required: - Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field. A relevant Ph.D. or research experience in generative AI is considered a plus. - Experience: 2 - 11 Years of experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years dedicated to designing and implementing generative AI models or working with transformer-based models.
