What Youll Do Own the divisions P&L, strategic direction, and execution Drive market expansion, GTM strategies, and sales excellence Lead cross-functional teams in R&D, sales, and operations Foster partnerships with OEMs, automation integrators, and tech partners Monitor trends in servo, motion, and automation to guide product innovation Represent the company at key industry events and forums Required Sales experience in Servo Industry .
