Able to work on PLC (Mitsubishi), Servo Drives (Fanuc) Programming, parts change & Diagnose 5. Able to work on Material Handling Cranes Wire rope/brakes/Inverters. 6. Able to replace parts [Elec & Mech] in servo press, robots, roller sheet washing machines. 7. Carryout horizontal deployment & Change point management. 1. Planning & Execution of Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance. 2. Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC Omron / Mitsubishi, Robot (Yasukawa, Nachi & Kawasaki), Fanuc controllers. 3. IT networking understanding for Equipment's Ethernet, LAN, FL Net, CC Link. 4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer. 5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities to Lead a team of Technicians. 6. Spares Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP know how. 7.
