A leading client of Empower Resources requires Senior Maintenance Person for a manufacturing company Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to enhance equipment reliability and minimize downtime. • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring optimal performance and skill development. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation-related faults, ensuring minimal production disruptions. • Oversee maintenance of PLC, HMI, Servo, Robotics, Conveyor Systems, Pneumatics, Valves, Actuators, Vacuum Pumps, and Exhaust Systems. • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment. • Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor coordination for efficient resource utilization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and quality, to drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Maintain and review maintenance logs, shift reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for data-driven decision-making. Experience in system commissioning and maintenance of HITACHI, ABB, and SCHNEIDER machines. Condition Based Maintenance - Grasp & Judge -Current,Temperature,Vibration. 3. Breakdown Maintenance ( Troubleshooting & Repair - Mechanical/Electrical/Pneu/Hydraulics) 4. Able to work on PLC (Mitsubishi), Servo Drives (Fanuc) - Programming, parts change & Diagnose 5. Able to work on Material Handling Cranes - Wire rope/brakes/Inverters. 6. Able to replace parts [Elec & Mech] in servo press, robots, roller sheet washing machines. 7. Carryout horizontal deployment & Change point management. Preferred candidate profile 1. Planning & Execution of - Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive Maintenance. 2. Knowledge on Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC - Omron / Mitsubishi, Robot (Yasukawa, Nachi & Kawasaki), Fanuc controllers. 3. IT networking understanding for Equipment's - Ethernet, LAN, FL-Net, CC-Link. 4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies - Symptom Grasping Tools, IoT, WiFi Data transfer. 5.
