s a Hostess, you are the first point of contact for guests. You will greet guests, manage reservations, escort them to tables, and ensure they have a pleasant dining experience from start to finish. Key Responsibilities : Greet guests warmly and courteously upon arrival. Manage waitlists and reservations using booking software or manually. Escort guests to their assigned tables. Maintain an organized and clean reception and lobby area. Provide menus and introduce guests to the assigned server. Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly. Coordinate with servers and kitchen team to ensure smooth guest flow. Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and hospitality. Maintain a professional appearance and positive demeanor. Requirements : Prior experience as a Hostess or in customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Well-groomed and presentable at all times. Basic knowledge of reservation systems (e.g., OpenTable, EatApp) is a plus. Ability to remain calm under pressure in a busy environment.
