As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing both alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for patrons at the bar and restaurant. Your role will involve interacting with customers, taking orders, serving snacks and drinks, and assessing customer needs and preferences to make appropriate recommendations. You will also be mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails, planning and presenting the bar menu, and ensuring compliance with all food and beverage regulations. In addition to serving guests, you will be required to check customers" identification to confirm they meet the legal drinking age, restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, and maintain a focus on providing an excellent guest experience. Keeping the bar organized, stocked, and clean is essential, along with showcasing excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks. To excel in this role, you should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy is also important. A relevant training certificate and at least 2 years of proven working experience as a Bartender are required for this position. This is a full-time role with benefits that include provided food and leave encashment. The work schedule may involve day shifts, morning shifts, night shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location is in person.
