As a Beverage Preparation Associate, your primary responsibility will be to prepare hot and cold beverages, with a focus on coffee-based drinks. This will involve tasks such as grinding coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving these items to customers. In addition, you will be responsible for packaging food and beverages for sale and operating the dishwasher as needed. The ideal candidate for this position should possess good communication skills and be proficient in both Hindi and English. It is preferred that candidates have 2-5 years of experience, preferably in a coffee chain environment. As part of the role, you can look forward to benefits such as meals being offered during shift hours. This is a full-time, permanent position with additional benefits including food provision and paid sick time.
