In this role, your key responsibilities will include providing customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring the completion of tasks with precision within set service level agreements and regulatory targets. You will collaborate with your manager to develop and execute a personal development plan, suggest and implement process enhancements for increased efficiency, and stay abreast of industry knowledge related to servicing, processing, and compliance activities. Additionally, you will handle non-standard cases and manual tasks, learn diverse skills covering various servicing activities, identify and cater to customer needs, and maintain a positive risk, compliance, and control culture by managing risks and issues effectively. Maintaining the required competency levels as per the training framework will be crucial. Your role will involve pre-sales administration for Wealth Operations, PFP, Adhoc Projects, and servicing Retirement Account customers, updating details on systems, sending template letters, and handling calls to ceding companies or internal departments within the UK as necessary. By demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to creating an exceptional work environment for exceptional talents.,
