The ideal candidate for this position should have 5-8 years of experience in test case design at different levels including component/service, integration, automation, and end-to-end user scenarios. You should also possess hands-on experience with Test Automation tools such as Cucumber, BDD, and Selenium. Having at least 3 years of hands-on experience in script development using programming languages like Java would be a plus. Your role will involve testing REST APIs based on the Springboot framework and Java-based applications, as well as utilizing source configuration tools like Git, SVN, and JENKINS. Experience with SQL, designing and implementing Test Lifecycle, and working in a QA/test environment with a focus on technical, automated testing in various environments are essential for this position. Additionally, you should have experience in PVS and logging, working with Agile frameworks, and excellent communication skills. A degree or diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is required. Proficiency in tools like IntelliJ, Postman, SOAPUI, Dynatrace, Neoload, Putty, WinSCP, Rally, and Jira is preferred. In this role, you will contribute to project/program test strategies and plans for test Automation, adopt quality engineering practices, and provide feedback on the quality of deliverables. You will be responsible for creating, maximizing automation, and executing high complexity test cases to ensure quality software delivery. Collaboration with IT and business lines to test new or existing software will also be part of your responsibilities. Desired qualifications include experience in agile environments, a willingness to learn new technologies, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic setting. Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills are essential. Subject matter expertise in Health Care/Health Services would be beneficial.
