Create new web portals using open-source content management systems like WordPress and customize them for the required functionality. Design/develop custom PHP/MySQL based web services or web components. Build Android/iPhone/Hybrid Apps for any required functionality or project. Configure/setup websites on hosting platforms like Namecheap, Siteground, and other similar cloud hosting providers. Migrate Websites from One Hosting Platform to Another. Build/develop, customize & deploy PHP/MySQL based plugins for WordPress CMS. Design/develop custom PHP/MySQL based web services or web components based on provided business requirements or functional specifications. Analyze existing 3rd party free/commercial PHP based wordpress plugins and customize it to enable integration with our wordpress based web sites, web portals or web services. Develop or customize plugins/modules for specific web functionality or form processing. Create new web portals using open-source content management systems like WordPress & Joomla; and customize it for required functionality. Review business requirements and research for available 3rd party software or solution providers for implementation or integration with our existing web services/portals. Develop custom automation/reporting systems for data elements and cross-functional web services. Develop front-end functionality modules/components using Javascript, AJAX, HTML/CSS and JQuery. Requirements and Primary Skills BE or BTech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field of study. Min 2 years of experience in core web development/web programming or full stack web development. Solid command on (ability to hand code) PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML, CSS, AJAX. Solid command on MySQL database, programming & optimization. Sound understanding of object oriented and web programming standard. Proficiency using development IDE s and must possess strong debugging/problem solving skills. Must adhere to clean coding standards and develop code that is highly maintainable and scalable. Sound understanding of cross-browser design issues, CSS/web standards and workarounds. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills and a positive attitude. A self-starter with a proven ability to solve problems, work quickly, independently and with small teams in a fast paced environment.
