Strong understanding of MDM concepts: golden record, hierarchy management, trust/survivorship, data governance. Proficient in: Informatica MDM Hub Console, Provisioning Tool, Services Integration Framework (SIF). ActiveVOS workflows, user exits (Java), and match/merge tuning. SQL, PL/SQL, and data modeling for MDM. Experience integrating MDM with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lake, etc.). Knowledge of data quality integration using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
