As a Salesforce Functional Consultant within the Cloud/Business Systems Group, with 10+ years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. Your responsibilities will include solutioning multiple Salesforce projects/enhancements to ensure they align with our strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep functional expertise in Salesforce, a successful track record of project delivery, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to drive innovative solutions and achieve consensus. Your roles and responsibilities will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will design and implement Salesforce solutions, conduct workshops and training sessions for users, manage all phases of Salesforce projects, create comprehensive project documentation, provide ongoing support and maintenance for applications, ensure data integrity and security within the platform, stay updated with Salesforce features, and foster a culture of innovation within the team. Essential skills for this role include designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, expertise in Services, Sales, CPQ, Marketing, & Community cloud, proficiency in Salesforce configuration, hands-on experience with automation tools, understanding of Salesforce architecture, ability to create detailed project documentation, experience in Agile environments, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment. Desirable skills include Salesforce certifications, familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce REST API, and experience with data migration tools and techniques.
