We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform to improve business workflows and service delivery. You will work closely with process owners and stakeholders to implement solutions aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform, including custom workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations. Implement and support core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB). Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other internal systems using REST, SOAP, and other web services. Customize and enhance ServiceNow applications, including Service Portal, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Base. Conduct system and functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, business analysts, and project managers. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project and release management. Ensure platform stability, security, and performance. Stay current with new ServiceNow features, functionality, and best practice
