Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for ServiceNow applications
Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard testing tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand application functionalities
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams
Participate in project meetings and contribute to project planning discussions regarding quality metrics
Maintain and update testing documentation and ensure adherence to QA processes and standards
Requirements
Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably with Servicenow applications
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
Familiarity with automated testing tools and test management software
Experience writing clear and concise test cases and documentation
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
