ServiceNow Load Tester

As a ServiceNow Load Tester, you will be responsible for performing performance and load testing on a large-scale ServiceNow instance to evaluate system behavior under heavy usage. Your focus will be on ensuring scalability, stability, and responsiveness of the platform. You will conduct performance and load testing by simulating up to 20,000 concurrent users accessing the system, each loading multiple widgets on the portal. Additionally, you will measure the impact of integration calls from ServiceNow and assess performance when reports are generated or loaded. To excel in this role, you should have strong experience in web application testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF). While a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) may provide guidance, the primary responsibility lies with the QA team, including a Test Lead and multiple testers. Your key responsibilities will include conducting performance and load testing for ServiceNow portals, widgets, integrations, and reports, simulating 20,000+ concurrent users to assess system scalability, measuring response times, monitoring system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and utilizing ServiceNow ATF for automated functional and regression testing. Collaboration with QA leads, testers, and ServiceNow SMEs to design and execute test strategies, documenting test results, and providing recommendations for optimization will also be part of your duties. To qualify for this role, you need to have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Testing, hands-on experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, familiarity with ServiceNow ATF, strong knowledge of web application performance testing, and preferably familiarity with ServiceNow architecture.
