About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in Python and Generative AI to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of research and production, and can take machine learning models from concept to scalable, real-world systems. You will be responsible for building intelligent systems using state-of-the-art LLMs and generative models, integrating them into robust applications, and deploying them at scale. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop advanced AI/ML models with a focus on Generative AI (text, code, image, or multimodal) Architect and build end-to-end AI applications – from data pipelines to model serving and monitoring Fine-tune and deploy large language models (LLMs) or diffusion-based models using frameworks such as Hugging Face Transformers , LangChain , or custom tooling Implement scalable APIs and backend services to support AI features in production applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data engineers, and DevOps to deliver complete AI solutions Optimize model performance, latency, and resource usage for production environments Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, model explainability, and responsible AI use Stay current with developments in AI research, tooling, and industry trends Required Qualifications: 7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering or AI/ML development Expert-level proficiency in Python , including ML libraries such as PyTorch , TensorFlow , NumPy , and Pandas Strong experience with Generative AI , including LLMs , transformers , prompt engineering , or diffusion models Proven ability to build, package, and deploy ML models into production using Docker , FastAPI , or similar frameworks Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and model hosting/inference services Solid knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools for model lifecycle management Experience in building secure, performant APIs and scalable microservices Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures Experience with LangChain , LLM orchestration , or chatbot frameworks Exposure to real-world use cases in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce Contributions to open-source ML projects or research publications What We Offer: Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses Work on cutting-edge AI/ML products with real-world impact Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid) and a collaborative team culture Continuous learning opportunities and support for attending AI/ML conferences or training.
