Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to design, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions. The candidate will work on ITSM/ITOM modules, develop scoped applications, implement integrations, and ensure workflows and automation meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules according to business requirements.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow scoped applications, service catalogs, workflows, catalog scripts, and macros.
Implement integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and App Engine Studio.
Create and maintain ServiceNow scripts including Scripted REST APIs, business rules, client scripts, email scripts, and notifications.
Manage data loads, transform maps, and reporting capabilities.
Implement and manage ACLs, data policies, and security configurations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the ServiceNow platform.
(Optional) Implement automated testing in ServiceNow to ensure quality and reliability.

Mandatory Qualifications:

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
ServiceNow Application Development Certification
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
