About the Role
We arelooking for skilled ServiceNow IRM/GRC professionals to join their expanding team. In this role, you’ll design, configure, and implement end-to-end IRM/GRC solutions on the ServiceNow platform to help clients strengthen risk, compliance, and governance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure IRM/GRC modules: Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Regulatory Change Management.
• Build workflows, automations, business rules, client scripts, integrations, dashboards, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and remain upgrade-safe.
• Troubleshoot issues and maintain clear functional/technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript, Glide), and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Ability to independently lead solution design and implementation.
• ServiceNow CSA; IRM/GRC certifications preferred.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to SecOps, BCM, or Vulnerability Response.
• Experience with enterprise implementations and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and consulting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
