Job Description : ServiceNow Product Manager Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities : Strategic Planning & Roadmap Development : - Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform and associated product. - Align platform capabilities with business objectives, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and user experience. - Identify opportunities for process automation and innovation using ServiceNow. Stakeholder Engagement : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, finance, and operations, to gather requirements and define priorities. - Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Asset Management : - Solid understanding of IT Asset Management, with a strong focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM). - Familiarity with related modules: CMDB, ITAM, ITSM, Discovery, and Software Asset Management (SAM). - Stay informed about new ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to leverage platform capabilities effectively. Project & Program Leadership : - Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ServiceNow projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. - Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Team Leadership & Collaboration : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, administrators, and analysts working on the ServiceNow platform. - Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and successful project delivery. Performance Monitoring & Reporting : - Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success and ROI of ServiceNow initiatives. - Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and stakeholders. Change Management & Training : - Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth adoption of new features and processes. - Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users and administrators. Qualifications : Education & Experience : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience managing ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms. - Proven track record of implementing and managing ITSM or other ServiceNow modules. Required Skills : - Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations. - Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and API integrations is a plus. - Strong grasp of the end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle: procurement, receipt, deployment, maintenance, retirement, and disposal. - Knowledge of hardware compliance, vendor contracts, and regulatory requirements (e.g., data wiping standards, e-waste regulations). - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. - Skilled in translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and user stories with acceptance criteria. Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
