Job Description

As a Technical Consultant at our organization, you will be responsible for playing the role of a ServiceNow Developer within the ServiceNow Platform Team. Your expertise in ServiceNow design and development principles will be essential as you collaborate with the team to receive requirements, suggest solutions, and develop using ServiceNow best practices. Joining an existing team, your focus will primarily be on the HRSD, HR Enterprise Lifecycle Management, and ESC Service Portal modules. Your key responsibilities will include receiving, documenting, and developing requirements for the HR Lifecycle event & HR Transitions project, working on HR-related Performance Analytics Dashboards, and ensuring compliance with enterprise ServiceNow standards. You will also provide technical guidance, perform peer code reviews, participate in scrum development activities, resolve issues within ServiceNow modules, create and maintain API & data integration processes, and collaborate with the ServiceNow Support team. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in understanding and capturing business requirements, streamlining complex business/IT processes, and deploying ServiceNow capabilities in an agile manner. Your leadership skills, knowledge of Performance Analytics module, understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Platform development are crucial. Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to balance business, cost, and technology priorities are also required. Certifications as a Certified ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow Developer Certified are preferred, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. You should have at least 5 years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform and 2 years of hands-on development & configuration on the ServiceNow Service Portal. Experience within different modules of ServiceNow, such as ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, & EC Portal Development, and at least one end-to-end implementation of a ServiceNow module are also desired.
