We are hiring a ServiceNow IVR & Employee Document Management (EDM) Product Analyst with 5-9 years of experience for a 6-month full-time onsite role in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting either or both ServiceNow IVR and EDM modules. Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, global scalable solutions, and experience in configuring ServiceNow components like forms, workflows, scripts, and performance analytics is required. Candidates with certifications in ServiceNow, PMP, Agile, or HR management (SHRM/PHR) will be preferred. Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
