Job Description

Role & responsibilities At least 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITOM Develop test cases for functional, UAT testing, resolution of reported defects and perform integration testing using sample data Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems Assists with report configuration and maintenance, as needed Participates in Agile and SAFe ceremonies and produces deliverables associated with the goals to deliver value Requirements gathering Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC Resolve complex IT issues Maintain and optimize the environment Provide testing for new applications Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs Participate in ongoing planning and review related to active projects and tasks and report to senior leadership Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on the ServiceNow platform Create of script based Assignment and Approval rule Performs System and integration testing with sample/live data with Support Services team Render forms, lists, UI Pages, and many other things in Service-now.com with the help of Jelly
