locations in India- Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Delhi, and Noida Design and develop robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform including custom applications scripted components and business rules Build and customize Service Portal widgets themes and pages to deliver intuitive user experiences Develop and support RESTSOAP integrations with external systems using Scripted REST APIs IntegrationHub and MID Server Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs Maintain and enhance Catalog Items Flows Workflows UI Policies and ClientServer scripts Ensure platform compliance with ServiceNow best practices security standards and performance benchmarks Create and maintain technical documentation including design specs and test cases Troubleshoot issues across development testing and production environments Required Skills Experience 6 years of experience with ServiceNow platform development Strong experience in RESTSOAP web services OAuth and external system integration 2 years of working experience in JavaScript Glide API and AngularJS for Service Portal widgets Handson experience with Scripted REST APIs IntegrationHub and Scoped Applications Good understanding of ServiceNow data model CMDB ACLs and security best practices Experience in developing responsive UI components using HTML5 CSS3 Bootstrap Familiar with AgileScrum development lifecycle Skills
