ServiceNow Developer Financial Services Operations (FSO)

As a ServiceNow Developer in Financial Services Operations (FSO) at the company, you will be responsible for designing and delivering robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support key financial processes such as Disputes, Money Movement, and Case Management. This technical and consultative role offers you the opportunity to work on impactful, enterprise-grade solutions within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions in line with user needs and best practices - Provide technical leadership and expert-level troubleshooting - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements - Develop and optimize workflows, integrations, and custom applications - Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge-sharing - Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new capabilities - Support project planning and may lead key initiatives Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer - Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules - Deep experience in FSO workflows: - Disputes and issue resolution - Money Movement operations - Case Management - Skilled in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and application customization - Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs for integrations - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus Nice to Have: - ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.) - BFSI domain experience - Experience in client-facing roles Feel free to send your CV directly to palash@technozis.com.,
