ServiceNow CMDB Administrator & Architect

We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB Admin & Architect to join our team at Astra IT Solutions in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a ServiceNow CMDB Admin & Architect, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) environment. As a ServiceNow CMDB Admin & Architect, your responsibilities will include maintaining CMDB classes, attributes, relationships, and lifecycle, performing data audits, configuring reports and dashboards, managing ServiceNow Discovery and integrations, executing Data Certifications, and providing training to end-users and administrators. You will also be responsible for defining and driving integration of CMDB with authoritative data sources, documenting integration flows, mapping data models, identifying process improvements, and monitoring the reliability of CMDB integrations. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in CMDB/ServiceNow environments, proficiency with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, and integration tools, strong analytical and communication skills, a degree in Computer Science or related field, ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience, and experience working in cross-functional global teams. Preferred qualifications include experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HAM, Knowledge Management, Reporting, and CSDM, familiarity with IRE, Service Graph Connectors, and APIs, and certifications such as ServiceNow CSA, CIS, CAD, as well as Agile and SDLC experience.
